Our team of Photographers and Videographer are professionally trained in with senior members (10+ years experience) working full-time in Digital Advertising & Marketing industry with extensive background in Media, Creative and Production (learn more). Q: WHERE ARE WE BASED & HOW FAR ARE WE WILLING TO TRAVEL?
Our new Office & Studio is based in Cupertino, CA, (home of Apple, Inc.) where innovations and beautiful things are created everyday.

We service approx. 100 mile radius around San Jose, CA within the Bay Area for no extra charge (see map on the right); but travel reimbursement is greatly appreciated.

Beyond 100 miles from our service area, our rate is $2 per additional mile of driving OR flying fare reimbursements (whichever more cost-efficient for you). If it’s over 3 hours of driving, we require overnight accommodation reimbursements.

Q: HOW MANY MEMBERS ARE ON OUR TEAM
We have 1 Photographer, 1 Videographer and 1 Assistant Photographer available. We also have part-time members if we need additional assistance or other additional services (i.e. Light, Sound, Photobooth Operators…etc)


Q: WHAT IS OUR PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY STYLE?
We pride ourselves in creating unique, creative, and editorial images that are rooted deeply with portraits and photojournalism with an artistic flare that documents people, weddings and events beautifully. Our vast experience in different types of photography enables our ability to be creative with lights, compositions, perspectives, and post-production techniques to create unique imagery that cater to your personalities and preferred styles. Our default photos will always be crisp, vibrant and natural unless you have a specific preferences that we can certainly accommodate


Q: HOW CAN WE BOOK OR RESERVE?
Thank you so much for choosing us. We are honored to be your photographers. To reserve your date, we would need a non-refundable deposit fee and a signed contract. Once the session/event completes, the remaining balance is due on the day of the session/event.


Q: I BOOKED AND RESERVED ONLINE, WHAT’S NEXT?
We will reach out to you within 48 hours, and provide or inquire more information regarding your booking. For Weddings, Commercial Work and Events, we will also send you our Service Ageement and retainer to sign in order to reserve and confirm your session/event dates.


Q: CAN WE PUT A SOFT HOLD ON YOUR SESSION/EVENT DATE?
All dates are available on a first come, first-served basis. We only reserve and secure your date when you pay a non-refundable booking deposit, contract and retainer have been submitted.


Q: WHAT IS OUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
We do not offer refunds; however, we do provide credits that you may redeem within 12 months of your booked initial session/event date. We do require a 48 hour notice prior to the session/event if you would like to cancel, re-book or have any rearrangements. Please note that the re-booking event date is still first come first serve, and you may only re-book only once using the existing credit. Please visit our Policy section for all information.


Q: WHAT ARE OUR OFFICE & STUDIO HOURS?
- Monday-Friday between 11am to 3:30pm (Appointments preferred for guarantee availability)
- Weekends (by appointment only)

We primarily meet by appointment only; but you are welcome to walk-in during our office hours to inquire more about our services (depending on availability). We can also travel to have consultation sessions with you within our service area when you pay the initial booking deposit.


Q: DO I (CLIENT) OWN THE RIGHTS TO THE PHOTOS & VIDEOS?
No, Architect Pictures own the rights (following industry standard) to the photos and videos (but rights can be acquired for an additional cost, please inquire for more information). For Non-Commercial work, all the photos, include Printing Right Release, which allows the Client to print and share photos for personal and non-commercial usage only. Usage beyond personal must be agreed upon with Architect Pictures and specified under the Service Agreement (but can be acquired for an additional cost, please inquire for more information). Please review our Policy section for all information.


Q: HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL BE DELIVERED?
Once all payments are settled on the day of the session/event, we will start processing and editing. Typically, on a two hour session, around 150-200 photos will be delivered along with selected pictures that are enhanced and edited (edited pictures quantity based on package and scope). For a wedding coverage of 8-10 hours, 800-1000 photos will be delivered along with selected pictures that are enhanced and edited (edited pictures quantity based on package and scope). It equals to around 80-100 photos per hour. These numbers may be more or less depending on the flow of the day and the number of events or activities needing to be captured.

Q: HOW SOON CAN WE EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE PHOTOS?
For non-wedding sessions by default, it takes about 2 to 2.5 weeks for us to process and edit all photos depending on scope. We do offer a fast-delivery option (3 to 5 business days turnaround) to accommodate any urgency (please contact us for detail).

As for Weddings, we do 3 to 5 weddings per month and our turnaround time is 1 month after the wedding date. Quality takes time, and we process and edit all photos and video with utmost care so that all selected and edited photos and video would reflect the same quality you have seen on our website.
